HI,

Do we need affidavit for marriage certificate and the Birth Certificate.

I don't have a birth certificate and I can show my Grade 10 Mark-sheet which has my birth date and Parents Name.

You can submit Grade X mark sheet that has your date of birth and either of your parent's name on it in lieu of the birth certificate. However there is in such option for marriage certificate. You would need to apply for a marriage certificate from back home.
