Affect of U.S. greencard refusal on citizenship application

My spouse, an U.S. citizen and I, a non-U.S. citizen are both Canadian PRs under FSW category where I was the primary applicant and we are now applying for my green card. Does an U.S. green card denial have any affect on the PR card renewal/Canadian citizenship application?

What if the reason for the U.S. green card denial is that they do not believe that the marriage is bonafide or accuse the applicant of misrepresentation? Will it still have any affect?

Did you get a business marriage? If so, they will get you. If not gather all your documentations for proving your bonafide marriage.

We are a bonafide couple who have been married a long time. We were asked to prove our marriage for the Canadian PR application and we did so successfully. I am just curious if the U.S. immigration turns my green card down will it have any impact on our Canadian PR renewal or citizenship application?
