in few regions like Africa and Asia there are few examples people who have job offers they got it in 18 to 24 months where there normal time line is about 30 to 60 months so i know few people who they get it little quick with job offer then a person without job offer but its how they think maybe in my opinion they are lucky enough other wise nothing to speed up process its only depend how many applicant's are in Queue less people quick process more people slow process
