Hi friends,

I prepare to apply AEO for immigration . My sister who live in Canada can offer me a job (it’s an eligible company), but she didn't know how to write the job offer letter to HRSDC.

Shall be grateful if anybody could give me some advice on Job offer letter, and send me a Job offer sample.

I got mine AEO few weeks ago and here is the thing i got from my emplyer to be:

Dear Mr./Mrs. ……………….

Our company would like to make you the following offer of permanent employment contingent on your obtaining the status of landed immigrant in Canada. Your position will be a …………….

The annual base salary will be $............ CAD. The terms of employment will be according to Canada Labor Code.

This is a full-time position.

This is indeterminate offer of arranged employment. The starting day of your employment will be determined upon your arrival to Canada. We are looking forward to have you on board.

Please note, that you can not work in Canada until your application for Permanent residence will be approved, and you will be issued a permanent resident visa.

This offer of employment is open till your arrival in Canada.
