AEO and Job market needs, please help!

Dear members,

Since the new NOC list doesn't have Computer Information Systems Manager under it any more, I am willing to apply under FSW-2 with an arranged job offer from a Canadian Employer, but the position that I've been offered is a Web Developer/Programmer, but I've been hearing that the employer will get a negative opinion when he apply to Service Canada, since the Canadian job market is full with Web Developer and Programmers!

So my question is: as long as the Canadian employer is willing to hire me, does it make any difference whether there is a shortage in Web Developer in the Canadian job market or not?

Please i need your advice.

Your employer has to justify Service Canada why is he hiring a foreign worker when there is abundance of manpower in Canada for that field. The employer probably wont get the approval and hence can't hire you with a job letter.

And what do you think a good justification an employer should provide to Service Canada to justify hiring someone from overseas? and should he provide that in additional document or within the AEO form itself?

Just ask your employer to apply for AEO with HRSDC, it may get approved. One must take chance.

my prospective employer will fill the form and apply to Service Canada and will attach along with the form a list of qualifications that i do have that the Canadian job market is short in it. hopefully everything will go ok!
