Arranged Employment Opinion (AEO) is a letter which ur employer gets from Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC). when ever a Canadian employer wants to hire an outsider they need to apply for AEO from HRSDC once they get it they need to pass it to the candidate so he/she can apply for the visa
