If you have applied under FSW then you must have received AOR. Its written in AOR, do not contact CIC untill they send you a complete list of required documents except:
Change of address, including change of e-mail address;
Change of immigration representative;
Request for withdrawl of your application and refund of fees;
For Skilled Workers only; Submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion (AEO) approved by Human Resources Development Canada.
So you should send your AEO to CIC office where you submitted your initial FSW application. Don't forget to keep a photocopy of AEO for your record.
