hi itguy29: I got a response today from London stating that my file is in ADVO. My application was received by CIO last April 4, 2014 and until now no MR from ADVO.

I sent an email to ADVO as you advise me to do. I'm waiting for their response.

on my part, you can check my timeline regarding the processing time in ADVO, i got MR 5 1/2 months. so you can use my timeline as for your reference.

try to check your e-cas if it changed to in process then for sure the next is medical request

I checked today and as is pa rin status ko... hopefully this month makuha ko na MR namin.

My application reached CIO NS on 5th of March 2014 as per the AOR I got on 8 April. Ecas shows application received until now, it's been 7 months

Getting impatient and depressed for not receiving request for medical until now.

its better to inform advo that you're still waiting for your medical request just inquire in a way that you're not really following up your application but just make a segway to get a hint from them.

@ itguy29: I did that before when I was checking which VO is processing my case. On my CSE, I asked if I should go for medical. The only response I got is that ADVO is processing my case.

What would be the best approach now to follow up?

did you check your ecas if it changed to in process? you can use my timeline on the left side of my profile.


probably you can ask something to me about informing them if you have met their requirements or is there something/additional documents that you need to mention to meet their expectation because you are worrying..

Thanks itguy29. I will wait until next week. My status in ECAS is application received. No IP yet. But they confirmed in their email that my application is being process in ADVO.

I have not receive my MR. I have not sent an email to ADVO. I'm worried that they might get annoyed if I follow up.
