That means, I have to create the profile with NOC 0113 for all positions including 1225, then, I have to arrange the reference letter with duties related to NOC 0113. But the job & responsibilities will be similar in both the NOC's.

Be careful because 0113 are senior management/executive positions (anything with 0) & you were an agent not manager for 3 years. Responsibilities must match the NOC and t you can’t claim points for a management position if you were an agent. Assume you don’t have enough points with SINP if you are looking to increase score.
