Advise required on urgent basis

Hi,
I have got first level of approval and is required to send full documents to New Delhi Visa Office.

Two queries:

(1) I hold a Master's degree from Himachl Pradesh University but i am not able to get transcript from the university( already applied for the same 40 days back). In case i am unable to get the same (only 25 days left out of 120 days timeframe), is there any other alternative to fulfill this requirement .Plz advise

(2) I have got the police certificate from Deputy commissioner's office but no verification was done at my place.Also, I have staying at the present address from the last 20 yrs. Will this comply with the requirement. Kindly advise

Hi Tanu,

It is not necessary to submit original transcripts. Notarized photocopies of all year marks cards are sufficient.

The PCC that u have received is a just to prove that u do not have any charges against u so for that no physical verification is required. u need to submit that in original. So please keep a photocopy of the same for ur future reference.

Send full documents without transcript immediately.
Write a letter why you are not able to send transcript.

Send the PCC whatever you have.
If visa office still require PCC, they will request you again and again for updated PCC at the time of medical and/or passport request.
Do not wait for PCC. Submit your full documents.

You really should at least read the instructions before giving advice. From Appendix A, skilled workers.
