Advise please

I recently received medical request under work permit visa but I had finished medicals for PR, online account shows "action required" under action column. The physician says the results are still valid for a period of one year. Kindly advise how to send my results. Should I upload them by myself or I send an email to the visa office. Am running out of time .

Upload them yourself if you have the option, email the visa office/web form if you do not.

This is likely an automatic prompt for the work visa application, doubtful that it is linked with your PR application so you must accomplish it separately.
