Advise please

In ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION Form, one copy of it will be filled by me (main applicant) in which in section:A, applicant will be me, spouse will be wife where as mother & father of mine.

But when filling the same section for my spouse, who will be in applicant column? Me or my wife. Further, If my wife there an applicant then should I place myself in spouse column?

Yes, your wife would be applicant and your are in spouse column.
