Advise needed SuperVisa

Hi Folks,
I need your suggestions whether to wait and watch or re apply?

I submitted file for my parents SuperVisa at new portal:Here is my timeline

Application Submitted - Jan 1st with upfront medical exam.
Biometrics Completed - 10th Jan
Medicals Passed - Feb 16
After that there is no update just Radio silence.

Things to consider: As Income Proof - I used my Paystubs, Employment Letter and Bank Statements.
But in mid of March - I have uploaded my T4 Slips through Webform and NOA 2021 on May 11th.
Travel History: Parents don't have travel history.
Father is still doing job post retirement and mother is housewife.

You raise Webform , I know you will not get much info in that but that give a kick
2nd option is contact your MP and Try to find the reason (this you can do if processing time is passed)
another option is GCMS note ,(just to know exact reason)

I don't think you should reapply

I applied for GCMS notes recently to see what is holding up the file as I applied on Feb 28th for my parents and no update after Medical passed.
