My postgraduation work permit is going to expire in August 2015, I still didn't get invitation. I am worried what to do, Got married last month, Can i reply as student and wife dependent so she could get open workpermit..Please advise, I really appreciate for all your advises

Thank you everyone for the all the advises and help, Let me clear few things here, I got married just two months back and still she is in india, Also am waiting for my education and my wife education eca reports, expecting within 2-3 weeks. i have 1year canadian exp and 5plus india experience, Once i get all the documents i will create the profile, Also got 7 CLB in listening, writing and speaking, In reading got 6clb, Trying next week to improve the score. Right now as per my score 380 based on the cec score calculator tool, I received my PGWK IN dec 2012, and applied in PR in 2014 October but my file returned

Sure - you can certainly try to secure another study permit. Have you already been accepted by a school for September? You are running very short on time now for applying if you haven't.

buddy, I will say never post half story.. post detailed story to get correct ans otherwise our ans will be based on assumptions and our own experiences....

whats ur CRS score?

And ya if you go on that route student visa you will never get a PGWP again.... And u will regret spending tons of money on crappy education given in colleges moreover if you go for university then also its not worth it as its a slowdown market right now so adding a degree or certificate wont help your resume that much....

where is ur wife right now in canada or outside?
