advices needed...about evidences.

Hi all,

I have a question----- I am collecting evidences to support the appeal case such as Skype conversations, Gmail msgs and Facebook msgs.

I copied and pasted Skype conversations from beginning to end into MS word program, it is around 1,286 pages!!! is it necessary to give 1,286 pages to the IAD(Immigration Appeal Division).

my husband and I don't want to print ALL of it because I don't want us look bad to the IAD and dismiss our appeal case. is it ok to select some conversations that is significant that we Truly love each other! same for Gmail msgs and Facebook msgs.


I been worried about it every day non-stop, thinking "What if, what could be, may or may not" outcome of Appeal case. I want it successful so my husband can come to Canada and settle down and have a family, have a good future.

MY 2 CENTS

I won my appeal in Toronto (August 2012) . I did not really give them a lot of information. However, I knew my case was strong and I new the Consultant was good ! It will also depend if you are using consultant/lawyer, or will you do this on your own ? Where will the case be heard ?

They were very fair to me however, still waiting

Don't need to print out all the forms. Just print random conversation & Messages covering each and every month. Thus proving that you guys are maintaining a genuine relationship.

I already hired a lawyer back in early October 2012. He seems to know a lot about Immigration. He wrote a Immigration appeal book explaining how it work, etc. The appeal will be heard in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan-of course.


okay, I pick random conversations from 1,286 pages of Skype conversations. same for Messages too to show that we love each other dearly and genuine. I even printed out email messages between my husband with my mother so it show that my mother kept in touch with him and like him.

It sounds like your lawyer is an expert on appeals. I would ask your lawyer what you should do and then do what he says.
