Here is my current situation,

I have a one year PGWP, it was issued march 30.2014 - expiring march 30.2015.
I started My job in june 30,2014. I am employed as medical laboratory assistant NOC B 3212.
I accepted an offer for a permananet part time position at the main branch.
Since my permit is going to expiry soon
1., Can I extend it without The LMIA?LMO??
2. If I need the LMIA/LMo how much will it cost?
3. If the employer Has to pay for it and doesnt what should I do? Can I pay for it or let them take it out from my salary?

Thank you in advance.

1. No - you can't extend without an LMO/LMIA.
2. $1K
3. Your employer should be paying the $1K.

Just to add... Hopefully your employer is aware of the advertising requirements that also have to be met to get an approved LMIA. Your employer will have to advertise your job for a minimum of one month and prove no Canadian could be found for the role.

I am already working for the company, it was contract ... now a permanent part time position. I accepted the offer snce my permit is goin to expire in march next year.. and i wish to extend.

The answer is still the same. Your company needs to advertise your postion for a minimum of a month to prove no Canadian could be hired for your role - they then need to apply for an LMIA. Once the LMIA is approved, you can then apply for a work permit.

They already advertise the position , i applied for it... then had the interview with the manager.
This LMIA is confusing

It doesn't matter that they already advertised the position when you first applied for it. They MUST do it again to get the LMIA. Without the advertising, the LMIA will be refused.
