Advice Visitors Visa/ Work Permit

Hello,

I just got married last month and i am planning to bring my wife to canada to stay with me for a while. I am currently on post-graduate work permit with was issued up to my passport expiration date.(the current work permit expires in May 2017 I have already renewed it. I should be getting a new renewed work permit by next month.

I want to know if i should apply for a Visitors Visa or a Spouse work permit for my wife.

Yes i have NOC A Job.

Then she can apply for an open work permit.
