Advice requested on boosting CRS (Already have CLB9)

Hey guys, looking form some guidance. I am planning to apply for express entry with the below profile.

Nationality - Indian
Age-29
Marital status - single
8+ years of work ex in Tata communications in Business Operations
Education (Canadian equivalency by WES) - Bachelor's degree (3 years)
IELTs Listening - 8.5, Reading - 9, Speaking 8, writing 7, over all - 8
My CRS with this comes out to 438 which is significantly lower than the last cut off.

1.) What is the fastest way to increase my CRS? Guess it can't be increased any more by IELTs (increase of only 3 points even if I had clb 10), would a 1 year distance learning course a feasible option here?
2.) Can any one help me with the list of 1 year distance learning courses which commence in Nov/ Dec this year so that i am able to complete the course and its evaluation before my IELTs expire?
3.) Is getting a 1 year PG diploma from Canada a feasible option?
4.) How does pnp work?
5.) Any other suggestions please.

I am sorry if these questions have been asked and answered earlier, I will go through the earlier posts as well. But appreciate if I can get some guidance here.

Try to get another degree, possibly a Post graduate or Masters.

Sorry but there seems to be no easy option for you to increase your CRS other than a French proficiency and Master's degree, both of which would take considerable amount of time.
