Hi Guys, I'm applying for my mother's visitor visa again because previous passport expired.
How can I show ties to India. She has pension coming in and my father passed away so the home is yet not on her name. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Given the news regarding high rate of visitor visa rejection for Indians, should I apply for visitor visa or super visa for my parents?

Relevant Details:
- My parents (in India) had a 10 year multiple entry visitor visa which has now expired.
- They have visited Canada multiple times but never overstayed.
- Valid US visa
- Father is 72 and Mother is 68
- They have 3 children (2 in Canada and 1 in the US). All married with their families
- My father runs a business and my mother is retired college professor
- We have sufficient funds to show for SuperVisa and can get medical insurance

Also My father does have some health issues (diabetes and related problems) so not sure if passing medical is going to be a challenge for him
I recently applied for myself, my parents and my aunt. We live in India and we all have a valid US visa. My brother lives in US (mentioned in the section of children in my parents' application). Our intended purpose of travel is an Alaska cruise from Vancouver. I applied as a group on the new IRCC portal on 19th November. Since we qualify for CAN+, we were not asked for and didn't attach any document beyond US visas and passports. Biometrics on 22nd and got the passport requests earlier this week. Submitted passports yesterday.

We have never applied for a Canada visa before. And I have no clue about super visas. But just sharing my positive experience and expedited processing in the case of CAN+ visitor visa. All the best :)
