I am an employer and would like to hire a caregiver from the Philippines. My future caregiver was refused for the work permit because the visa officer was not satisfied that he had sufficient knowledge and skills for the childcare. LMO will be expired Oct.1. I am planning to reapply him since LMO still valid. But my concern is that I will be moving to a different address but at the same city and province. Whom do I need to notify? Since the LMO has my previous address same with the live in caregiver employment contract. Please advice. I really need help on this matter. Thank you.

Call HRDC and inform them of your new address.

Thank you. But is it okay to reapply for the work permit with the previous employer's address on the employment contract? The contract has been submitted before along with the LMO application. Do you think I should make another contract? Please advise... I need help..please please please...

Just advice them if there is another changes on the contract like address of employer or employee and they will just make a note on your file. But you need to send a revision on the page of the contract where a new information is. That is what my employer did.
