Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi.,

I want to get ITA for CEC not FSW
beCause I don't want to show the amount since I & husband work here full time permanent exempt LMIA.
I am eligible for both CEC & FSW
Can I leave the fund space with a min of $2000 ?
Will that make any issue to get ITA for CEC?

Any help would be great
All the best everyone !!!

I know, everyone on this forum is suggesting to decrease funds less than $12,000, and then you will only be eligible for CEC.

I'm not sure yet, if this is a good choice or bad. I'm still looking on CIC documentation for proof of funds.

They say we don't need if we have a job offer
But that souled be supported by LMIA?

To my knowledge there is no required minimum funds for CEC stream nor proof of funds after receiving ITA

My friend is applying on CEC and has his ITA.

He does have an LMIA and job offer but it still has a section to upload proof of funds.

Whether it is the landing minimum or the amount you declared on EE is still up for debate.

Yes I got ItA under CEC. I'm not in Canada too. It is asking for POF. I'm planning to submit my TD Bank balance and Indian bank balance and in covering letter will add that by the time I will enter Canada I'm sure that I will have enough amount. I have gold so can sell and make money if they need funds proof. Moreover my current employer will happily deploy me in Canada if I'm PR. I think VO with convince for sure.

Mmmm saw one post who got ITA under FSW who work in Canada says : he called CIC and they asked him to submit the paystub and T4.
Hope it will be the same for me.. :(

Second that.

ok one question guys. According to the CIC website it states that a valid Job offer is:

"A valid job offer has to be:

- for continuous, paid, full-time work (at least 30 hours a week),
- for work that is permanent and not seasonal,
- skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2011 National Occupational Classification (NOC)
and either:

a) the employer making you the job offer must have a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment from Employment and Social Development Canada OR
b) you are currently working in Canada in a NOC 0, A or B job on a work permit that was issued based on a Labour Market Impact Assessment, and
- you are working for an employer listed on your work permit,
- you are authorized to work in Canada on the day you apply for a permanent resident visa, and when the visa is issued, and
- your current employer made you an offer to give you a full-time job if you are accepted as a permanent resident.

In other words, your job offer is valid, whether you are working in Canada or not, if your current or prospective employer:

- has made an offer to give you a full-time, permanent, non-seasonal job if you are accepted as a permanent resident, and
- has a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment from ESDC.
The only time the employer making you the offer does not need to get a new LMIA is when you are already working for them with a work permit that is based on an LMIA."

Now so this is what I understand please tell me if I am right. Lets say at the next or any upcoming pool selection I have more than the cut off points without a "valid job offer" (as per CIC) from what i hear it is very hard to get a LMIA. Will they pick me even if I don't have a "valid job offer" only based on points. Will that mean I will be allowed to immigrate to Cannada without a job.

Very confused please help.

Does anyone know whats the difference between CEC and FSW regarding the requirements? I intend to apply under CEC but met both in EE looks like the default ITA is for FSW???

if you have a valid job offer it will give you additional 600 points.
but if you do not have no worries, the lowest score in last draw was 453.
So try to get the maximum points out of 600.

My gf was just offered an ITA for FSW. She put down her funds which are significantly under $12k and has no foreign work experience. She currently has work experience in Canada and is working full time with no LMIA/LMO under the PGWP.

Going to look at her personal checklist tonight, but why did she qualify for FSW? If she needs PoF then it must be a system glitch or something that I don't understand. It did say she was qualified for FSW before her ITA.

People with Canadian work experience has advantage of getting eligible under FSW as well if they meet minimum Language and fund requirement.

It's weird though because she never met the minimum fund requirement. I just saw someone posted above that they want a T4/paystub for FSW. It looks like a full time annual income might replace the $12k minimum requirement in some cases such as hers.

If she want to go ahead with FSW then she has to provide POF to prove that she meets POF requirements. T4/Paystubs can not be used as POF.
