Hello,

I already got my visa 3 months ago, but not landed yet. I also have plan to marry and go with my wife.

is it better to mary after i land or marry and go landing? pls help

In either case you have to apply for your spouse in family calss visa now and it will take about 12-16 months to get Visa for your spouse. So I think your decision should not be influenced by visa conditions

Processing time I told you was very generic. It takes about 13 months to process about 80% of the cases for all Visa offices.
To check the family class PR timelines visit the link. Some places like Nwe Delhi is doing it in 3-5 months
