Advice on bank statements

Can someone respond to my issue:

I have past 4 months bank statements.I tried to maintain more than $13000 as required by CIC but then for one month I had $8000.Should I send that bank statement along with others.
From July to Oct I have more than $13000 in Nov I had $8000 and then in Dec it is back to the required amt.

I would appreciate any advice.I have also taken a statement from my bank of the latest funds I have.

Why do you need a 4-month statement? If they don't ask you to submit a 4-month statement then a 1-month statement should be good. I only sent CIC a 1-month statement and didn't have any problem.

I do not think any problem in providing the whole statement. Financial resources may be used for making more money by investing in different ecoomic activities. It is the trend of transactions in your bank account which shows your financial strength. The only thing is that all these resources must be of yours.

They don't care about trends. Just send the most recent one showing you have enough (again).
