Advice of case reopening

Due to some very absurd circumstances my case has been closed. I never received a letter from the High commission and the next letter stated I had failed responding and thus they are closing the case. How can the case be reopened or is their any way out..please help..In big trauma. :-[

Sorry to hear this, Can you tell me at what stage was your case, like what is in your letter there must be some remarks like they had asked you some thing and u didnt responded so finally they have closed your case.
Dont worry your case can be opened, just let me know the detail, you can mail me on my below ID

It will seem they sent a request(possibly for additional documents, medicals, etc) but did not hear from you within the timeline then closed the file.
Check your spam/junk mail folder(if you provided your email). You may consider sending an email to explain that you did not receive any prior letters and kindly ask if they would consider re-opening your file and resend the request?
