Hi Goku, Please read her post again. She said, she already got PR under CEC category. Now she is to marry him and apply his PR application under family sponsor category. But, some people suggesting her to hide her boyfriend's info about the illegal status in UK. I think that can create huge problem for her. There are so many cases immigrant end up going to jail because of those issues.
People are suggesting to meet good lawyer. As far I know, even you have past record that you and Bin laden were in a night club together for 25 years, still the lawyer gonna say, I can help you, because money talks. All the lawyer needs, is money, nothing else. People will either get refused or accepted, lawyer will make money either way. Win win game for a lawyer. But for you, everything same. Lawyer wont make a any difference. Sometimes lawyer will show you some tricks to get into Canada, because they know if you get into Canada and have trouble, you will see or talk to them again. You are the money making machine for them for lifetime.
Just remember one thing, whenever you have trouble and money, you will get some help. But when you have trouble again and no money, they just u have to suffer. Nobody else gonna talk to you, even tough this forum people, caz u wont have money for internet.
