Hi all,
I got letters from CBSA for Removal order interview for me and my family. My refugee case was denied and I filed for a Federal appeal. My lawyer got a fax 2 days ago saying that the "court does not oppose leave in this matter. The Respondent reserves the right to defend the decision after the certified tribunal record is received and has been reviewed"
What does this mean and does anyone have any idea on whats gonna happen in the interview? I have 2 kids, they will be in school, should I take them as well? Any other advice on how to stop the removal order? I came through the USA under the safe third country law.
Thank you.
