Advice needed regarding paystub submission

Hello everyone,
I have received a paystub request regarding my application along with job letter.

I am employed with an annual salary, however due to an error made in the payroll software, the hours are calculated incorrectly.

As my contract is for 30 hours a week, the software shows 40. I work for 30 hours, and the hours in the software doesn’t affect the payment as it’s an annual contract.

In this situation how can let IRCC know about the issue. We are trying to rectify the issue as we are changing the payroll software. The next payroll will be properly labelled.

your advice will be highly appreciated.

Thank you

The job offer must state the number of hours you work and the hourly rate (divide the annual salary by the number of hours). As you have already sent the job offer with this information, I would add a letter from your employer stating that you work 30 hours a week. And that 40 hours appear on the paystub due to an error in the system used by the company.

Hi! I have more than a year experience which is eligible for express entry. But my salary slips have mistakes regarding day counting. My HR has provided reference letter stating I worked 48 hours per week. But due to software error, the IT department didn’t write or mention my working days in monthly salary slips. But I received full salary in bank account. Pay is also right. But they missed working days in counting in pay slips but they clearly mentioned my hours in the reference letter. I gained it 5 years ago. Is it a problem ? Since work experience is very old and they also don’t have any records for attendance now. They can only see the name, period of work and designation. Please advise me. Should I keep wrong pay slips and correct reference letter since I have already show my wrong pay slips in student visa. I don’t notice it. They approved my student visa. Now I am preparing for PR application. Please advise according to it.
