Advice needed - Additional documents upload field

Hi guys.

I recently sent my application for PR and got an aditional documents request for my wife's Japan PCC.
The problem is that in the letter they sent me, they say they must receive the document within 60 days from the data of the correspondence, which means 60 days from today (04/04/2016).
However, when I go to the upload page, there's a new field to upload the aditional documents under my name, along with my documents, instead of my wife's. What should I do about it?
Also, the field says that it's required by 02/24/2016, what does it mean?

Another problem is that the Japanese Consulate said that it may take 2 months to issue the PCC. Can I upload a proof that we requested the PCC?

I'm not familiar with your situation. But perhaps you can submit a case specific enquiry so that CIC themselves will enlighten you. Hope this helps.

yes send a CSE with the reason and any proof from japan consulate (email or ask receipt for PCC)

Hi GusCunha,

I received a request to send a new Schedule A - Background Declaration for my wife. The field to upload the document was under my name too, so I believe it's OK. They gave me 7 days to upload the document. In my case, the field "required by" was indicating more than 7 days. I think it's safe to consider the time issued in the letter.

The letter I received states the following:

Please upload these documents to your MyCIC account by 2016/02/08.
Please note:
The above information/documents must be received within 7 days from the date of this correspondence.

Had the same situation when they requested our CELPIP certificates - both of them were to be uploaded under my husbands document section. Did this back in December and haven't heard anything since so assuming that's just how they request additional documents regardless of who they relate to.

On the CSE page it says not to submit the form more than once.
I've already submited one, asking about the upload field problem. Is it ok to submit another one, asking about the PCC deadline or should I wait for an answer for the first CSE?
