Advice in filling up job applications for Canada job websites

Hi all,
Will somebody please give advice as I am trying to submit for job application online. There is a question asking "Are you authorized to work in Canada?". I am currently not holding a PR and I am not in Canada. What should I answer, yes or no? Hope somebody can give advice.

Im stuck on the same JOB thing..
I applied for 2 jobs but didnt got any reply. My NOC is 2173 Software Engineer.

Can you give some advice please it will help a lot? Im searching for over a month now.. I have 3 years experience and good written Resume and LinkdIn profile..
By any chance do they interview foriegn Workers ?

Extremely unlikely that you'll catch the attention of a Canadian employer by sending out applications. Try to build your network and ask friends to connect you with people in Canada. This will take time, not a quick process at all.

to be honest, without being in Canada and not being able to legally work here, they won't even consider you. work on making connections who could help you out when you can come here and learning as much as you can about the canadian business culture.
