Advice for TR to PR essential program

I completed 1560hour part time work in last three years during full time study permit .i had official drop from college while that i did full time work but after that by mistake my employer put one full time cheque on part time due to same name of my colleaque.
can i apply in TR to PR essential worker program???
Is this create some problems.

Sorry, official drop from college? Is that like official break? Like summer?
Now your cheque or payslip will be the proof of work, Unless somehow your employer rectifies that mistake.

So one one payslip it was 90hours which means its 50hours more .and i can do only 40hours biweekly so 50hour extra on part time .
