Advice for somewhat unique situation: Spending lots of time in Canada before ITA

Hi Canadavisa forums - thanks for existing and being super helpful.

I have applied to FSW Express Entry about a year ago and received my ITA last week. As I am filling out information, I think I have a bit of a unique situation and would love advice. I'm a USA citizen and resident.

I have been traveling in Canada for the better part of two years, which I have painstakingly detailed in 26+ lines of travel history in the personal details section. This brings up some concerns and questions for me.

I have been in Canada nearly consecutively since February 25, 2016 (with same day trips to the USA and back to renew the 6-month visitor visa US Citizens get by default with their Passport). I crossed the border into the US and back into Canada on March 18, April 13, and September 15 of last year. I need to return to the US soon to renew my 6 month visitor visa as I effectively live in Canada right now (though my permanent address is in the US).

I have not done anything illegal (worked, stayed beyond 6 months as permitted by my passport), but I think this may look suspicious to CIC. I plan to write a supporting letter explaining what I have been doing - it started out as a summer trip to spend time with friends and turned into a long break from work and then turned into trying to immigrate/find work - but am open to other advice.

My main question, beyond the above general concerns, is: Do I list the Canadian address that I have spent a lot of time at for the last ~year in my address history? Can you have two addresses listed at the same time in this section?

This is really the only thing holding me back from submitting this part of the application. Thanks for your help.

Sorry if bumps are against the rules, but this slipped to page 3 after 24h without a response, and I would really appreciate input from those who know. Maybe I need to speak to an attorney?

Listing the Canadian address would be fine and correct as you were living there.

Lots of us take extended breaks to travel around. I only managed 3 months before the cash ran out!

I listed my permentant address back home as in those 90 days we stayed in a different hotel a night.

List the addresses you lived at and your LOE will cover anything else. As long as you aren't claiming work in that time, it won't be any issue.

Thanks for sharing these thoughts. So you don't think it'll raise red flags that I've been staying at a Canadian address for more than a year, on and off, when I have been traveling in Canada?

I have a question to that. Do I understand it correct? You have traveled within Canada for about 2 years and from that you have created 26+lines in travel history?

If my understanding is correct then the question is why you did put that in travel history?

I have been to and from the US, my country of citizenship, a LOT in that time. Back-and-forth trips in the last 2-3 years were frequent, and travel history asks for 10 years as well.
