Advice - Apply for second PNP?

Hello all, and especially senior members and advisers on the forum...

I have been in the Express Entry pool with a score of 443 since early 2015. Obviously, it is very difficult to tell if the draw cut offs will ever get that low. Sitting at this close-but-far score for so long is soul-crushing.

I applied for Nova Scotia PNP in early October, and have not heard anything from them yet. I know it is still early, but I'm desperate! (Aren't we all...)

I'm wondering if I should withdraw and resubmit my application to try to get an Ontario PNP, like many people did who joined Express Entry early - Or should I hold out for Nova Scotia? I worry that I'll withdraw my application, then receive a NS PNP for that old entry number. Or, go for Ontario and blow $1500 and not even get a nomination.

Advice? Or insight please?

NSNP's demand stream is continously processing its applicants, but successful one's took 9 months max of wait. I think they are on MAY 2015 applications right now for demand.

OINP - i believe you would need PT Notification of Interest from Ontario, did you get one? $1500 is kinda huge, its really a risk to take to get a shot for PR.

Have you tried SINP?

No, I didnt get one, because I applied early when then system was screwed up, and did not withdraw and resubmit an application as was suggested. This is because I was afraid I'd get the Nova Scotia PNP under my old application number after I'd withdrawn it.

Is it possible to use a PNP from an old application number when you resubmit an application?

I feel creating a new EE profile would be a good option if you are Ok with spending $1500 for OINP.
I also applied NSNP in Nov last year, the word from them about my application was that they have received it but going by their current work load it will take around 9 months to start the processing of my application. Also last news I heard about NSNP was that they are going the start their online PNP system, I think it is going to be much faster then.
Not sure if when SINP will open their PNP again, but I guess they will again very soon.
But if you feel you can be eligible for some PNP programs with special requirements like a valid job offer, or a close relative in a provice then there are other PNPs as well like from BC and Alberta, go for them.
