I dont know what to do i live in Montreal and my grandson just left to Connecticut he studied here all his high school and he wanted to stay but his mother sent him to live in Connecticut,he turned 18,what can i do to help him to get a chance to come back and stay? Thank you

How was he living here before?
If his mother is Canadian and lives here, she can sponsor him for PR.
He can enter as a visitor but this is only short-term and wouldn't allow him to work or study.
If he is accepted to a university or college here in Canada, he can apply for a study permit. He would have to show significant proof of funds to be approved.
