Hi, the years of her experience that she acquired while studying would not be counted as full-time work experience. Aslong as she has only worked for 2 years AFTER then she's fine.
Im still confused about her academics.. in total she has 15 years of education or 16? If it was a 3 year bachelors then she'll have to spend another year doing any post graduate diploma.
Again, the GMAT is the single most important factor - so it is difficult to judge anyone's chances without a GMAT score. A high GMAT scores opens alot of doors ..
She has completed her normal 12th standard. she had to give her 12th exam twice as she failed first time in 2 subjects...
After clearing 12th, she got herself enrolled in IGNOU-Indira Gandhi National Open University(open university but recognized buy all the required authorised bodies in india) for 3 years bachelor degree in commerce. At the same time she also started working full time(9.5/8.5 hrs a day) till date.
Uni grad tIme period is min. 3 years(usually the way happens) however u can complete it in max. 6 years as u can study at your own pace(exam gets conducted twice in a year, u sit in the exams by going to exam center chosen at the time of exam registration & clear your subjects by writing paper like a a regular student. The only advantage is attendance % in classes conducted by study centers during the weekend, usually gets waived off) . At the end u get a bachelor degree.
In order to get bachelor degree you need to complete 96 credits consists of 20 subjects in 3 years however this 96 credits can be earned in min. of 3 years % max. of 6 years by clearing the subjects(4-8 credits are allocated/subject).
hope it clarifies your confusion...
does she still have to go for 1 yr education, if yes, then what she should go for?
Full time(9.5/8.5 hrs a day) work experience are all on paper, will it still be counted as part time?
