If we note the time period between November 2008 and June 2010, Most of application were from India or Asia who applied to get Canada Permanent Visa.

Asians have average English language ability of 5.5-6.0 Band, They can get 8 to 10 points in English so entire case depends on Education.

Hi to all.. Thanks for the topic.. My application was submitted around Jun 18th 2010 under the 0213 NOC Category.. I hired an agent who is the member of Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants who submitted my application in CANADA.. Should I consider my application as "rejected" or is there any chance for the consideration? Please Help.. I'm very much concerned/disappointed with the updated list.

Exactly. Now we should let other immigrants go in for a while, else Canada will become another India and that is the last thing we want especially those of us running away from it. When the last set of rules were giving advantage to Indians and Asians, the Europeans were not cribbing. I respect that. We should not crib and have this mentality of the world is out to get us.

Does this mean that if you have 1 year working experience in canada with a job letter you now have to wait 2 years and apply under CEC ?

This is very confusing now.

Please can you tell me that i have apprenticeship of 4 years from a hotel. Not from College or University. Will CIC accept this Apprenticeship from a hotel or they only accept University or colleges apprenticeships?
