I got request from cic asking why i am paid minimum wage as a reastaurant supervisor is it too risky?

What is risky? Why are you paid minimum wage for a supervisor position? A supervisor should not be paid minimum wage. Your NOC needs to match the median salary for your region. Where do you live and NOC.

So why are you paid minimum ($1.75 less than the average) for a supervisor position. that is what you will have to prove & justify. If you don’t your PR may be refused.

Agree my bad. OP still needs to show why his supervisory responsibilities and NOC are set at minimum wage.

October 1st it went up to $14.25/hr
