ADR process

Hello,

My sponsorship application for my husband was refused in Havana Cuba, January 21, 2013. We have applied for an appeal in February and in June we received the BLUE record file. FIle was missing 60% supporting documents and proof of my relationship. I have hired a lawyer who has requested an ADR for us but haven't received a confirmation date from immigration yet. Do you know how long it takes to receive ADR hearing? Anyone had the document missing from their file and did they track them?

ADR hearing usually depends on which city you live.
Waiting for ADR can take from 8 - 18 months.
I have had problems with havana as well......
Actually, they cannot find my whole physical file.
My MP's office got involved and the Immigration ministers office.
Still no physical file.

The office should have photocopies of your supporting documents.
