ADR for PCC again after submitting PCC with the application

anyone got a ADR for PCC again after submitting PCC at the time of AOR?

if its more than 6 months since you've lived in your current location since aor you will get it.

Actually I have already submitted a PCC for the country required. As me and my spouse have been in Malaysia for five years.

The PCC was issued to me on 17th May 2018 . My AOR was 21st May 2018 . Again they have sent a request letter for the Malaysian PCC.

then im not sure why they issued it. might be a mistake. reply to the AOR with the same PCC and explaination.
