ADR after getting BVL

Good day people, just wanted to ask if anyone had had this scenario where they get BVL with an ADR for updated information. My understanding is when you get BVL, it means a decision has been made

I hope so cos I just keep wondering why IRCC would ask for an ADR after issuing a BVL. From my research, BVL comes with a decision a few days later. Don't know if there is anyone on this forum that applied for a TRV has had such experience.

You are posting under International students so thought you were applying for a study permit.
