Sir i have completed my bachelors of electrical engineering form India with 8 CGPA and my ielts band is 6. Currently i have completed English second languag at university of South Carolina. I want to pursue advanced diploma any Canadian college. Can i get admissions with this profile.

No - you can't. Your IELTS score is too low. You must retake the test and score at least 5.5 in each of the four categories. Right now your score in Listening is too low and will result in an automatic refusal.
