You mean can you sue the university? Sure - you can. However there's certainly no guarantee of a positive outcome - even if you think you are in the right. Most likely the university has fine print written somewhere that gives them the right to revoke admission which would cover their actions. Also, you'll need a Canadian lawyer to represent you in court and this will be very expensive.

You can but even if you win after spending money and time on it, it still won't be worth it

Better to invest that effort into securing admission somewhere else, there are quite a number of universities out there
