Admission for september intake 2015

Hello guys.
Please help me to select course.
i have completed my B.E( B.tech) in mechanical engineering with 8.03 C.G.P.A.
And Also 10th 82%
12th 81%
I am preparing for ielts.

I am also confused between spp colleges and university and masters & pg courses.. which is better?
& It is same for university 3 years work permit?

you should go for master's degree of course. U have good cgpa, u can get in some good university. Masters degree has more value than pg diploma. Dontget lure into sweet talks of agents, they will always insist you to go for pg diploma coz they get commission from college.

apply in memorial university you have good gpa, and in memorial university fees is 4 tym less than all uni.'s in canada. example the average fees is 16000 $ in all uni"s in canada but in memorial university of newfoundland fees is only $4000 -5000. just confirm that they required gre or not !!

Online Applicants:
I have applied on December 8, 2014 but still I don't get any outcome of my application. I was enrolled for winter 2015 but i deferred to Fall 2015.

In the 2nd week of January 2015, I received an email from cic which mentioned as follows:

"There have been no updates to your application (XXXXXXXX) since you last checked your
MyCIC account. Thank you for your patience."

I still confused regarding the delay in my application. Does any one got this same email for your application? or kindly let me know if there is any possibility or chances to get approval because this is my 3rd application since August 2014.. I applied twice for my Fall 2014 intake but they refused. This is my Winter 2015 application.
