Hello, I have completed my undergrad from BRAC University in Bangladesh in Fall 2019 with a CGPA of 2.65 and according to my university standards it's around 68%. I sat for my IELTS and Scored 7.5. Which universities should I apply to for a masters in either interaction design, human computer interaction and computer science. Also, is it too late to apply for winter 2021?
Thank you.

Computer Science is also especially competitive
I’ve selected these universities.
Manitoba
Winnipeg
Bishop
Uni of Lethbridge
Concordia University
Dalhousie
University of Windsor
Lakehead
So you’re saying that applying in canada with these grades are a lost cause?

With that GPA, I would recommend institutions that stated 70% in the last two years of your bachelors, unless the last two years of your bachelors isn't up to that to help augment the overall GPA. My opinion though. But in all, the more competitive the course with plenty application with higher than your GPA, the lesser your chance of securing admission.

Unfortunately my last two years grade is lower than the first two years. Can I still apply to these universities?

When you say lower than first two, mean lower than 70% as well. if Lower, then your chances are way lower cos you wont meet the minimum criteria then. So applying is just pure luck and mind you, computer science is highly competitive. So you can try your luck

What Tresh has said is correct but you are close to the cutoff for some universities. With a good SOP and sotry anything is possible but like said before it will be tough
