btech computer science - 6.4 (no history of arrears)
ielts- 6.5 (no Bands less than 6)
work experience - 1 year in tcs

You should increase your IELTS score. You should have no band that is less than 6.5. CIC wants Master's students to have scores of at least 6.5 in each of the four categories and your chances of refusal increase if your scores are lower.
