hi jasvir above mentioned processing times are for refused cases (short of points). where as our cases are rejected cases (documents are not in required format) so processing times are different.

Subject: continued consideration of your immigration application

Sir,

We have received your letter of 17 August 2015 concerning our decision to reject your application because of missing or invalid documents.

The reasons given in your letter allows us to further analyze your application for Quebec Selection Certificate.

We will contact you as soon as the next of your application processing step is completed.

please let me know your current status.Have you got same message? i think you sent all documents (income tax ) in required format that 's why you got this mail. it will take at least 6 months to get final decision.

when did you get this AOR letter

hi i got aor on 06/10/2015 and sent on 17/08/2015 and the reason for rejection is form itr v are not accepted as legality work experience, but i had also submitted tax exempt letter which they did not considered initially . But now they accepted.

tax exepted letter that you sent earlier who issued that ITO or other why they did not accept then.

i don't know why they did not considered initially. Either they did not saw or not analyse the tax exempt letter, but after explanation in cover letter they accepted.

I am confuse.if they send AOR for administration review what it mean they accepted our documents or simply giving information of documents received. as I received AOR now don't know they will open my file again or not.please clear if you know.
