hello all...

we have addressed the grounds of refusal on latest application which was the current employment situation and employment rejection in couintry of residence...
so we have addressed both of these by providing a detailed employment letter from the employer and director..now with that being said and done and stating this in our invitiation letter are we going to get rejected again? even if we have provided the reasons for the rejection and all??? if we do get rejected again what can we do? we have done as much as possible, thoughts? anyone out there got the same refusals in the correspondence letter?
thanks in advance

I would have held off from reapplying again for at least another 5-6 months.

If I'm not mistaken, I think this is your sister-in-law's sixth (or is it seventh) TRV application. Applying in quick succession makes it look like desperation to visit. Also, I believe that all refusal reasons (stated in all previous applications) must be addressed instead of addressing only the most recent refusal reasons.

I truly hope your sister-in-law gets her TRV this time
