My current and past companies all requires a specific addressee in the Employment Reference Letter. (“To Whom it May Concern” is not accepted by the company)
Could any one advise what should be put in CIC's case, please?

Many Thanks,

I used "Citizenship and Immigration, Canada" and I think alternatively you can use Government of Canada

He said his company requires it, not the CIC. So if your company has issued it, you are good to go

Looks like my previous company also need the address of CIC in order to send the letter to me.
However, I cannot find the address from there website.
