My wife's citizenship application is in process. We have recently (July 1st) moved to a new place. She had updated her address online through here https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/change-address.html on June 10 (3 weeks before the effective change), but when checking the application status, we still see the old address. Is it supposed to take this long for the updated address to show up?
No. I think it says 2 weeks, took about a week for mine to change. By change for me I was just synching mailing address with home address though. So only one appears now.

I would call them up. And ensure you have your mail redirected!

Edit- missed your link have you tried just changing it via ECAS too? IRCC isn exactly all linked up and sending them that form may never make its way into ECAS which showed a lawyers office from my PR application 3.5 years previously for me...

It looks like that link eventually redirected me too ECAS anyway, but I still don't see the updated address.
Call them. Be prepared to wait 30 mins or so once you even through. It's painful but that's the only advice I can really offer.

That and ensure you mail is re-directed or you get on very well with the people who live at your old address!
