Address update for Applicant

Hello,

I had applied for my spouse's outland application (AOR, medical, biometric, eligibility completed). She visited Canada today on TRV and I want to update her residential address to my Canadian residential address.
1) While updating the webform, should I update any doc for address change? I do have her aded to my lease and bank statements when she had previously visited me
2) Will there be any acknowledgment after submitting the web-form?
