If your Confirmation of Permanent Residence form shows that you chose city XX as your city of settlement,then at the time of landing, you provide an address (for mailing your PR cards) that is in a totally different province that you hope to move to..would that be an issue? Do the immigration officers at port of entry insist that such an address must be in the city you had chosen as your settlement city??
